Road Trip!

The last weekend in March we all went on a little road trip to Provo, Utah for my niece, Nicole's, baby's blessing.  To save money my other niece, Alyssa, graciously let us stay at their brand-spanking new apartment (seriously, they moved in two days before we came down) while they were gone!   Soooo nice of them!!

Anyway, here's the sweet Beardsley family after the blessing.  The girls had a blast playing in the courtyard with the other kiddos.  Sadly, and hilariously, this is the best picture we have of us together.  Apparently, whomever was taking the picture didn't feel it necessary that everyone be in the photo and/or looking at the appropriate camera.

 Aly's apartment was recently converted from singles housing to accepting married students.  Thus, they have 4 bathrooms and 2 HUGE tub/showers with jets!  Yeah...I'm a little jealous.  The girls begged to get in the minute we got there so...hey, it was easier than hauling them down to the pool.

  Alyssa, Drew and Kylie came home Sunday night so the girls and I decided to stay until Wednesday to have a chance to catch up and get to know cute little Kylie better.  She and Lilly are only 4 weeks apart in age.  These 2 were hilarious!  They would simultaneously swap binkies with each other.  So cute!

 We did a girls shopping trip with all 5 of us and picked out running clothes for the girls.  They're incredibly excited for the 1 mile kid's race and spent a lot of their time "training" by running up and down the stairs and through the courtyard.  I'm sure Aly's neighbors love us.  Suuuure of it. ;)

 Ahh...paradise at the pool....everyone LOVED the pool...except Lilly.  She freaked out and not in the good way.   Kylie, on the other hand, was crrraazy fun the pool.  No fear in that girl.  Good luck with that, Aly.
