In order to get Maggie to work well during her 40 minute piano lessons with her teacher each Monday: 
Guess what?!? IT WORKED!!
She did fabulous in lessons and it only took 2 weeks to get there.
Last night she had an epiphany as we drove home from the library. She says, "So, if I'm good next week we can take these books back and get NEW ones?!" hahaha
She's happy because she loves to read and I'm happy because her reward is FREE & Educational!! And, of course, her teacher is happy because they are focused and learning. A win-win-win! Hope it stays effective.

awesome. Eddie Ray is trying to earn an easy bake oven. All he has to do is his chores and be kind to others. Its worked so far for the past month. Who would guess what will motivate a child.
