Green clover pancakes and milk for breakfast! Well, that's about all we did to celebrate this year unless you count the shamrock cookies we purchased and the PBS special about Ireland.
How fun!! I love the cakes. We did lime jello shamrocks, rye bread, irish stew,Lime Sherbert & Sprite, and for lunch I made Shamrock shaped ham with augratin potatoes, and coleslaw. STew and coleslaw not so big of a hit this year.

Did they talk about the potato plague? Fascinating time in history. I did a huge project on it for school.
