Israel tells me this is a Cat Back spider and that they are good because they will eat Hobo spiders. Which we tend to get a lot of in these parts. Apparently, he is now calling it his and Maggie's pet spider and they feed it dead flies and bugs EVERYDAY! And he rolls his eyes at me....

Gross. If they feed it everyday, will it look for hobo spiders to feast on?
